LaDaz began with a pause, a health crisis in 2017 that forced our founder to step away from a high-paced career in engineering. Spinal surgery, months of immobility, and time for reflection sparked one life-changing question: "What do I truly want from the rest of my life?"
Leaving the corporate world behind, Lada pursued an MBA, studied health and nutrition, reconnected with fitness, and explored personal development. Through these steps, she began to rebuild herself, not as an executive, but as a woman who finally chose to love herself.
